Do I need a reservation?No, come on in during business hours. To save time, watch our orientation video and sign a waiver online before you arrive.

Who needs to sign a waiver?All guests entering our facility are required to watch our orientation video and have a waiver on file, whether climbing or not. Guests under the age of 18 must have a waiver signed by their parent or legal guardian; not siblings, extended family members, or friends. The orientation video and waiver can be found on our "First Visit" page. Complete these in advance for a quick check-in process. These can also be completed during check-in at the front desk.

Do you have an age limit?Children under 14 must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times. You must be 16 or older to use the fitness the equipment.

What do I need to start?No experience needed! Wear comfortable athletic clothes and socks if renting climbing shoes. Climbing in street shoes is not allowed. Plan ahead and watch our orientation video and fill out a waiver online for a smooth check-in process.

How long is a day pass good for? Who needs to purchase a day pass?A day pass is valid for the date it is sold on. If you leave and come back the same day, you do not need to pay again. Adults not climbing that are accompanying or supervising children do not need to pay for a day pass.
